Verdict

LIGHT BLOW was unfancied for her handicap debut in a better race than this at Beverley and ran accordingly. Today's longer trip will suit and Sir Henry Cecil's filly is preferred to Bow River Arch, who still looks too high in the weights and is closely matched with Blazing Field on their running at Sandown in July. Native Colony failed to run his race on the Fibresand at Southwell last time but August's Yarmouth winner is not out of this, while Handles For Forks has place claims again.
