Verdict

Train Hill was sent off favourite on his reappearance at Southwell but was pulled up and remains winless over timber. Kotki finished tailed off behind BOLSOVER BILL (NAP) at Chepstow and there seems no reason why that form should be reversed. Warren Greatex’ runner has gone up the obligatory 7lb but has definitely improved since teaming up with Caoilin Quinn. Heron Creek couldn’t cope with a penalty at Fontwell and has gone up a further 3lb since but Herecomeshogan and Gareth Cael have the form to figure in a race like this.
