Firth Of Forth gets the confident vote in this beginners chase with Spidam and What A Scientist rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fifth in a better race when last seen behind Toofarback, looks sure to be suited by this better ground and he looks the one to be on. Spidfam rates the main danger on his best form he is sure to have come on for his first run of the season and, with his yard liking a tilt at the ring, he should be watched in the market. What A Scientist has won a bumper in the past but did not progress after that so cannot be put forward with much confidence. Mister Potter has yet to prove he stays this far while Nictos de Bersy has gone well fresh in the past and could go well at a price, but Firth Of Forth is our idea of the winner.
