The Lyme Volunteer, The Sister, Shining Lights and Toulon Rouge look the main protagonists in this wide open affair and the tentative vote goes to The Sister. The selection remains on a fair mark and should have won more than she has but she has been continually let down by her jumping. However this looks her best chance for a while and a reproduction of her latest second behind Reasonable Reserve when last seen over hurdles would make her hard to beat especially if the first time visor sharpens her up. The Lyme Volunteer rates the main danger on her latest second behind Glacial Evening but that form has since been let down so she is passed over on this occasion. Shining Lights has been in fair form over fences of late and returns to hurdling on a fair mark but she is far from straight forward so can not be backed with any confidence. Toulon Rouge is another worthy of respect on her best form of two seasons ago but she may just need the run after a 555 day absence. Of the remainder Miss Cospector won well last time out but is not proven over the trip while DD's Glenalla has been disappointing of late and for the winner we return to The Sister.
