FASHIONABLE GAL is closely matched with Maid Of Silk on their running here in May, the former falling at the last when holding a narrow advantage. Maid Of Silk would probably have won anyway but Neil King's charge can take revenge here. She's 2lb better off and has been in good form on the Flat, including a Lingfield success just nine days ago, whereas Maid Of Silk hasn't been seen since. Nevertheless, she remains the danger. Irish raider Pretty Valira must go close if in the same form when hunting up Belle De Fontenay last time but she's not the most consistent, although her chance is respected. Beech View has claims on one piece of decent form and Titch Strider has shown enough in bumpers to be considered.
