Verdict

Night On The Town has not gone too badly on either bumper start but this looks a tougher race than the Newton Abbot contest in which she finished third at the start of last month. Her yard remains in good heart though and there should be improvement to come. Redeemable made a solid debut when a staying-on fourth at Worcester and it's reasonable to suggest she'll come on for the run. Her yard does nicely enough with a select number of bumper runners. She's a player but MASKED MATGIL came home to some effect once the penny dropped and she got organised when a closing runner-up on debut and can go one better. Her yard enjoys a decent strike rate in such contests. Golden Millie looks best of the newcomers.
