Aviewtosea had shown little in four starts since scoring for Graeme McPherson in April last year, but more was clearly expected when the gelding obliged here last month in a four-horse affair, for which he's up 3lb. At just seven, he's time to progress further, but PORT O'CLOCK looks a decent acquisition at this level for David Pipe after solid recent runner-up efforts and this winning pointer is preferred in receipt of 6lb from the O'Brien inmate. Fair to say that Tedham has not lived up to expectations with just a single career success to his name but he was only beaten a neck returned to fences in May and should at least prove competitive off an unchanged mark. Declaration Of War was well behind Aviewtosea last time and Grand Revival was well beaten on his chasing debut.
