Verdict

Ablazing showed some modest improvement last time but is far from certain to continue that progression. Mrs Burbidge may appreciate the drop back to two miles but looks badly handicapped, and Poppies Milan is likely to need this outing after a year away from the track. VIC'S LAST STAND caught the eye when staying on impressively over course and distance last time and would not need much more improvement to win this. Agha Des Mottes showed hints of promise when last seen over hurdles and could sneak into the places here.
