Rugged Jack is one to note whatever fate befalls him after an absence dating back to the opening month of 2012. A course bumper winner, he should be carefully monitored in the market. Royal Palladium, beaten a long way when fourth to the potentially very useful Carraig Mor here last time, remains nonetheless respected for his in-form team in what appears an easier assignment. The Kings Theatre gelding remains a likely improver. A Tale Of Intrigue has a couple of decent bumper efforts on his CV but ASHES HOUSE looks hard to beat. Rebecca Curtis' Dushyantor gelding only succumbed by less than a length to the useful Flemenson here last time after some excellent bumper efforts two years ago. He clearly retains his ability and can start making up for lost time now.
