Only three of these have chasing experience but any number could prove better over fences than they were over the smaller obstacles and a few of these were progressive hurdlers last season. The longer trip could be a problem for Northofthewall but he is a genuine soft-ground performer as is Young Bull, who is a proven stayer. Morning Vicar goes well fresh but fell on his chasing bow, though was still travelling well at the time. Canelo finally got his act together at Huntingdon in March and Alrightjack and Demachine are worth a market check but EDEN DU HOUX was making giant strides in the spring over timber with his fourth at Sandown on his final start working out particularly well. A winning pointer, an opening mark of 131 could be underestimating his potential.
