It will be interesting to see how French import Jeffison performs on his British debut for the Alners on his first start over hurdles but preference is for another hurdling newcomer JUST ROB, who gets the vote with Akarshan rated the pick of the remainder. The selection represents the yard of Ian Williams that has been in good form of late and having earned a rating in the high 70s on the level, he may well be good enough to make a winning start to his hurdling career. Jennie Candlish's Next of Kin has a similar profile to Just Rob and has to be considered, while Manshoor was disappointing on his debut at Huntingdon and now looks best watched. Akarshan made a winning start to his hurdling career for Evan Williams at Market Rasen in July but he ran below that form on his next start and may struggle under his penalty here so preference is for Just Rob.
