In depth

Verdict

That's My Charlie gets the confident vote to win this bumper with Ready Response and True Star rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair second behind Busy Isit last time out, that form has since been franked and with improvement likely he is very hard to oppose.Ready Response rates the main danger as he won a point to point in good style when last seen. However the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and for that reason he is opposed. True Star showed a modicum of ability on his debut when finishing in mid-division behind Star Award. He is another that is sure to improve and should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Popps Princess is a Silver Patriarch filly out of 6f & 1m2f winner Bluebell Miss and will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish but for the winner we return to That's My Charlie whom sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
