In depth

Verdict

Placed here and at Market Rasen in July, HENRI LE BON’s form is arguably the best on offer in a weak-looking novices’ handicap even though Belle Na Bann is on a hat-trick after victories at Fontwell and Newton Abbot. Bravethewaves is relatively unexposed but has an absence to overcome while Baliyad only won a seller at Stratford 10 days ago, though that was his first run since November. Denable was a winner at Worcester in the summer and looks the pick of the remainder.
