Verdict

A weak novice chase to say the least but an opportunity for Broadbrook Lass, who has winning form between the flags, to atone for a near miss last week at Uttoxeter. She was narrowly beaten by a potentially useful recruit from the Jonjo O'Neill yard with the field a distance behind. Elvis was taking on the likes of Sleeping Night and Bounce Back in France but has been pointing since. The booking of Mick Fitzgerald looks a positive for forecast backers. Stylino is the potential fly in the ointment. He had form on the ground in France and having had a pipeopener on fast ground a couple of weeks ago, he should be spot on for that effort.
