Verdict

Oscar Performance landed a right touch for connections last time out but the bookies will be taking no chances with this ex-Irish performer although the softer ground is the imponderable on this occasion. Kety Star wasn't knocked about behind the useful Texas Ranger on his first start for Venetia Williams and wouldn't have to be any great shakes to take this very moderate contest.
