A race that won't take much winning but hopefully NONO LE SAGE can get his head in front from Amwell Brave and General Smith. The selection disappointed on his last run when running too free in a better race than this. He could never get in a blow and is given one more chance to put that disappointing run behind him. He will have to settle better today though but if he does he will go well. Amwell Brave has had plenty of racing through both codes but does not have the best of strike rates. He has ability though and this race will not take much winning. General Smith is one of the oldest in the line up but still has enough ability and enthusiasm to get a mention here. He ran well in a better race last time but he is always vulnerable to improvers. Others to note is this trappy affair are Zizou and Cornish Castle but the Pipe horse gets the vote.
