Verdict

Cousu Main can figure if a last-flight fall at Lingfield hasn’t dented confidence but, despite running green, FULL OF LIGHT showed enough when odds-on at Ludlow to suggest he’ll be up to winning a race like this. Judicial Law wasn’t disgraced when fifth at Exeter but shapes as though he’ll need a bit further and the Huntingdon bumper winner Wolfspear looks a bigger danger if he takes to jumping. Menin Gate won three times on the Flat and may be best of the rest.
