      Verdict

Jonjo O'Neill runs two newcomers in this with the J P McManus-owned State The Obvious looking a better long-term prospect than Sigurd. Our Three Sons has been getting closer in handicaps and Kiwayu left previous hurdles form behind when second at Sedgefield last month. Alhamareer is better than he showed at Bangor in July but HORSEGUARDSPARADE now looks ready to open his account after a couple of seconds over this trip at Worcester. Hag Stone has been placed in a couple of bumpers but faces hurdles for the first time in public today.
