Verdict

This looks a weaker race than the first division. CLONAKILTY travelled strongly for a long way at Chepstow on his debut under Rules. He wasn’t unduly punished once his chance had gone and is preferred to stablemate Hokelami. Doyen For Money and Sageburg County were both winners between the flags with the booking of Brian Hughes for the latter catching the eye but Wind Of Fortune looks one of the more ordinary performers in the Nicky Henderson yard and Kash Tara may need more time.
