Present Oriented can keep up the good work off his light weight, with Talarive, Rare Coincidence and Aldirous seen as his main rivals. Present Oriented is at the top of his game at the moment, having won three of his last five starts, and off his current mark, should again take the beating here. The Michael Chapman inmate has gained all three career victories at Market Rasen, and there is no doubt that he is a stone better round there, but he did run very well over further here when third behind Ladino in July, and will be a more potent force over this slightly shorter journey in today's ground, with Tom Messenger able to claim a handy 5lb. Talarive is slightly better off at the weights with the selection compared to last time, but still looks held, while Rare Coincidence is fit from a winning spell on the Flat, but might just be a bit rusty at the obstacles. He will at least help make the pace though on past evidence, and Aldirous hails from a very much in-form stable at the moment so should be noted in the betting. Our preference is for Present Oriented who lines up fit and fancied
