In depth

Verdict

Warren Greatrex holds a strong hand with recent Lingfield all-weather scorer, BAILARICO, and Newton Abbot victor, Drumlee Watar. The latter is arguably open to greater improvement after only half a dozen outings over timber, but the former is a decent sort under both codes with ten career wins to his name and can defy his burden with the assistance of his promising conditional pilot. Lithic has proved a frustration over fences and it's interesting to see him stay hurdling after a respectable return at Fontwell. Aye Aye Charlie is enigmatic too and has a first start for Christian Williams. He's worth a market check as is Jen's Boy, yet another going back hurdling.
