In a tight looking Handicap Chase COACH LANE looks good value to reconfirm superiority over Folie A Deux based on there course and distance clash in May although Tempting Paradise should have his say. A little hard to catch right these days the selection was slightly disappointing over course and distance last time out. However on a bare reading of the form he is weighted to get the better of Folie A Deux and at the likely odds looks worth chancing. Folie A Deux then has that form to overturn from just a 1lb better off this time He was the closest challenger to the runaway winner Bankstair on his last run and on that performance he easily holds the re-opposing Misamon, who has subsequently given strength to that form. Kirkhammerton has been in the places off this mark recently but with him well held in those he might need to improve but Tempting Paradise suggested he should win off this mark when demolishing a field at Plumpton two starts ago but he has a bit to prove after his run last time. This looks a wide open race and Coach Lane might be the value call.
