      Verdict

      A dire contest which looks a good opportunity for LYNDSAYS LAD to make a winning start over timber. He is by Kayf Tara so is bred for jumping and a run in a Kempton bumper earlier this year will have taught him plenty about racing. It seems a long time since Amirr was winning bumpers at Stratford and Perth but he ran his best race over hurdles so far at Wincanton last month. Blue N Yellow won a Worcester bumper last summer but was tailed off on his hurdles bow at Warwick.
