Another small field goes to post for this contest and Bid For Fame looks set to get back on the winning trail. The gelding from the Nicky Henderson yard has been in fair form on the flat of late and a reproduction of his latest third behind Red Socialite last time the drop back in trip is sure to suit and with conditions in his favour he will hard to beat. Anna Walhaan won over a mile on the flat and if she takes to hurdles she has definite place claims but she looks a doubtful stayer on breeding. Castle Rive showed a modicum of ability on his debut but he may do better over further and we are happy to stick with the likely short priced favourite Bid For Fame.
