Stepover is back on a winning mark and much respected under a 7lb claimer but BIRCH VALE (NAP) was still in front and going as well as any when unseating her rider at Cartmel having won earlier at Hexham. She is very much in form and probably the one to beat here with a clear round. Dariya won at Worcester last month off a 9lb lower mark while Milan Of Crystal appears to be running into form. Sid Hoodie was rallying when third at Southwell and looks the pick of the remainder.
