Misteray was prominent for a long way at Chepstow last time. Flemensbay responded to pressure to win a similar event to this at the same track three weeks ago while Titans Approach would have a chance on his best form. Lord Aldervale was third at Plumpton last month but will be carrying more than his allotted weight, as will Pembridge. It's almost a year since STEADY PROGRESS last ran over hurdles but he was third off a higher mark over fences at Market Rasen in March so gets a tentative vote ahead of the lightly-raced Very Live.
