It will be interesting to see if there is any support for Ashbrittle, who has a lengthy absence to overcome but is well treated on his old form. Raktiman should go well despite having been raised 8lb since his second to Southfield Vic at Haydock. But he appears to have plenty to do to confirm running with Shear Rock at Market Rasen in December on 23lb worse terms. Flying Light won at Exeter before finishing a close-up fourth at Market Rasen but the interesting one could be MAXIE T. Only a four-year-old, Jonjo O'Neill's charge stayed 1m6f on the Flat so stepping up in distance should be in his favour and he doesn't look badly handicapped.
