In depth

Verdict

Whatsinthecorner has a penalty for scoring at Downpatrick in May but has shown very little subsequently. MOONBALL beat what looked a decent field at Downpatrick last week when making all and coming home virtually unchallenged. He's only four and there's much more to come so he can complete a quick double. Monatomic had five runs over fences on heavy going and won over 2m5f here in April. He's always looked a potentially useful chaser and is one to note in the market on his return from a lay-off. Teqany won over hurdles here in August and a Gowran handicap earlier this month. He has a Flat pedigree but is obviously suited to jumping and could well turn out to be smart.
