ROUMANIAN (NAP) showed nothing until joining Willie Mullins in March of last year when, well supported, he landed a minor handicap on heavy ground at Cork by a short-head from Cloudy Morning. The runner-up has had plenty of subsequent success and is now rated 111 so a 10lb rise shouldn't pose a problem and the lack of a recent run isn't significant for one from his yard.
