JAZZ RANGER goes well here having won and been placed second in three visits so gets the nod in an open handicap. Brooklyn Balance has been inconsistent so far but would have a chance on his head defeat at Fairyhouse on Saturday and he's 3lb better in than in future handicaps. Stable companion Doyouthinkso, beaten just a head over track and trip in June, is also respected. Jack Holiday has been chasing and reverts to hurdles on a 17lb lower mark and has his rider's 7lb claim to aid his cause while Mater Matuta arrives in good form having won over fences here in the summer and hurdles at Bellewstown. Danegeld won here last winter but prefers testing ground while Lyla Garrity hasn't run since falling at the last when disputing the lead at Limerick in November.
