Fleurys Fort has been threatening to add to his six victories over hurdles in recent starts but the assessor has been unable to drop him and he may have to settle for a place again. Naturally Blond has won off a higher mark than this and was beaten a short-head over the track and trip last month though ran poorly at Cork next time. GOTTA GETAWAY was behind in that former event but has improved markedly since, being narrowly beaten on a return visit then scoring comfortably at Down Royal on Sunday. He's been raised 7lb for that but comes here with a 5lb penalty and can claim a quick double. Daisy's Hollow has yet to be placed in eight starts though did run much better at Tipperary in June.
