Bear Claws ran well at Galway though could find this on the short side but supporters of KENDANCER, and there were plenty of them at Ballinrobe on Monday, will be looking for quick compensation after just failing to catch Uncle Henry. That was a vastly-improved display and he can go one better. Marmolata ran in a strong Cork maiden won by Anna Bunina and was in the front rank for a long way while Paris Duvet can go well for Henry De Bromhead. Gerry's Way ran quite well at Cork though the stable's Elite Trooper Grey, rated 83 on the Flat, looks a nice recruit for hurdling and could prove the better of the pair.
