    Verdict

First Class Ticket has been consistent at a similar level and being by Sir Percy should be suited by stepping up to this trip for the first time. Gabardine has been in decent form and finished just behind Remarkable Lady, who goes in the opener, over this trip at Galway. Inneffable won a handicap at Leopardstown in April but that was on heavy ground and he could do with some rain. VERUS CASS has taken time to mature but would have finished very much closer at Limerick in June but for interference. She can improve again and take this though Scealtana, who had looked a certain future winner before heading for Gowran last month, didn't give her running and is better than that.
