Verdict

Ballyegan Hero has run poorly on heavy ground but very well when tackling quicker conditions as he did when narrowly beaten at Killarney in May. He should find a race soon but it's about time BROKEN SOUL was recouping losses. Nina Carberry's mount has been narrowly beaten three times, including a race over hurdles, and should take this before heading back over timber. Her stable also run Barra Hooley, a promising runner-up at Kilbeggan in July before running a shocker in heavy going at Sligo the following month. Bridge Native has been looking moderate but may prove best of the remainder.
