FAIRYLIKE most definitely isn't a stable star but she showed her first real sign of ability when staying on over 1m2f at Navan and with the extra quarter-mile certain to suit is given the nod. Sixty Eight Guns was making her handicap debut and stepping markedly up in trip when just touching off Dearest at Wexford and the handicapper hasn't been harsh with just a 4lb rise. She should go well along with the runner-up, who is 2lb better off, as should Solaras Exhibition, who showed real battling qualities to score over 1m2f at Clonmel. Kildare Kitten has disappointed so far but the step-up in trip could bring about some improvement and she's at the right end of the handicap.
