Grey Soldier has one or two decent efforts over fences to his credit but has run very poorly on his last two starts. Lend A Hand Son has yet to reach a place in five starts over fences but ran very well over timber at Kilbeggan so should be noted on his return to the bigger obstacles. TOTAL EXCITEMENT has competed at a reasonable level over timber and though not showing much in two starts over fences he can do better and is given the nod in a race that shouldn't take much winning. Benefique has won a bumper and scored twice over hurdles and she wouldn't need to be anything special to make her presence felt on her chasing bow nor would the dual point-to-point winner Kilganey Jack.
