        Verdict

        Boastful had Barefoot Lady back in fourth on soft ground at Goodwood last month but Richard Fahey's filly left that form behind when fourth to Izzi Top in the Middleton Stakes at York. Last year's 1000 Guineas fifth overturned Musidora running with Joviality over this trip at Royal Ascot subsequently, when Clinical was a long way behind, and should be a factor at this level but the lightly-raced LAY TIME was highly progressive last summer and could be one to follow this season. She recorded a very fast time when beating older horses at Sandown in September. German raider Navarra Queen won a Group 3 in Italy a year ago but she may just find this trip on the sharp side nowadays.
