Kevin Ryan trained the winner of this in 2004 and has another live candidate in Capaill Liath, who powered through soft ground at Newcastle to beat good yardstick The Osteopath. Norse Blues is a previous course winner and won the Spring Mile at Doncaster before finishing fifth at Newmarket but Dandy Nicholls' pair Dunn'o and Don't Call Me still look too high in the weights and Moone's My Name couldn't overcome a leap in the ratings when only fourth at Ascot last time. Boogie Shoes has to go on the short-list following his second at Newmarket but is conceding 14lb to PRINCE JOCK. Kieren Fallon takes the ride on the Irish challenger who overcame a poor draw and trouble in-running to score at Wexford a couple of weeks ago. The five-year-old is still well treated on his old form and gets the nod.
