MONREALE is the call in the opener with You Never Said and Gulf President respected as dangers. The David Pipe inmate has had a recent victory on the flat at Newcastle so there should be few issues in relation to the matchfitness and it is to be hoped that the tonguestrap continues to have a positive effect. You Never Said is sure to be popular with Tony McCoy in the plate. He took part in what was a very warm Ascot bumper that has worked out well since. Gulf President was second on a reappearance at Plumpton and cannot be ruled out of going close again. Scene Two was last seen out when taking a handicap over 1m4f for Luca Cumani so the market is watched on intro for Phillip Hobbs. Niceonefrankie has been in fair nick and the value of his second to Tilletudlem last autumn has been well advertised since. A good race in prospect and one where we will see plenty of future winners but for today, Monreale is the call.
