In depth

Verdict

SAWPIT SUPREME isn't easy to catch right but was on her best behaviour when beating Double The Trouble by three lengths over a slightly longer distance at Warwick last month and gets the vote here. She holds the more consistent Prophete De Guye on that run and looks a better bet than L'Homme De Nuit, who has been well beaten in all three starts over the larger obstacles. Kinkeel has won twice around here but recent efforts suggest that the handicapper has caught up with Tony Carroll's 12-year-old while there hasn't been much encouragement in Shelomoh's two runs this term.
