    Verdict

The Michael Harris-trained Kansas City weakened on her return at Haydock on Thursday and may find this coming too soon so the vote goes to Rose Tina, who gets the verdict over Something Dandy. The last mentioned was well beaten over hurdles on his reappearance last month but that should have blown away the cobwebs and Jim Old's gelding may fair better today back over the larger obstacles. Sylphide makes limited appeal so Rose Tina looks the one to be on. The selection has not been tested to win a beginners' chase at Fontwell and a novices' chase over course and distance this term and lost no caste in defeat behind Phar From A Fiddle in handicap-company in between those two successes. Rose Tina is taken to win again.
