    Verdict

Mokum. Eau Pure and Just A Touch are three against the field in a wide open affair and the vote is given to Mokum. The selection won well last time when beating Rookery Lad. Granted he has a penalty for that win but he looks a progressive type and under conditions that suit he is taken to defy the handicapper. Eau Pure rates the main danger on his best form and although he has been slightly disappointing of late it would be no surprise if he were to bounce back to form on this faster surface. Just A Touch is another worthy of respect but he looked in the handicapper grip when well behind Madiso De Berlais. Upswing has dropped to a handy mark and with his yard back amongst the winners he is another to note in the market. Of the others Ask The Umpire is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best and with this in mind for the winner we return to Mokum.
