Verdict

TECH ZINNE is the marginal selection in this finale. George Baker's filly has the experience of two runs and she looks the sort of horse to improve now faced with a test of stamina. David Bass looks a good jockey booking and a bold bid is expected. Secret Past needs a market check on debut, but the more interesting newcomers might be the winning point-to-pointer Flying Award or Generals Love. He represents a more likely stable in this realm than Fresher Fishing, who is not ruled out nonetheless. Don't Hang About shaped with promise in a bog at Chepstow in March, whilst improvement is anticipated Bardolf.
