River Heights shaped well on his debut last month and can put the experience to good use over the likes of Marado and Tisseman. River Heights was sent off favourite on his Fontwell bow 18 days ago, but caught a tartar in Or Jaune and had to settle for second place. Unless there is anything special in today's line-up he should make amends before eventually taking up a career as a staying hurdler, being a half-brother to Bowleaze. Henrietta Knight's bumper runners usually need more time, but Marado, a son of Best Mate's sire Un Desperado, could be anything and is worth keeping on the right side of. Tisseman's dam is a half-sister to Nicky Henderson's dual Cathcart winner Stormyfairweather, and is another that can pay to follow in time if not today, with preference for River Heights who should be suited by the the stiff finish.
