Muntami ran well enough on his latest outing to suggest he can take this race at the expense of Upright Ima and Ganymede. The selection ran third to Double The Trouble over course and distance two weeks ago and if reproducing that performance he will have to go very close. Connections are claiming seven pounds of his back to aid his chances so is clearly worth staying on the right side of. Upright Ima has not won for a couple of years but has been showing a decent level of ability of late to suggest that place prize money is possible. He caught the eye when third at Market Rasen on his penultimate race and was not discredited when finishing fifth of twelve at Wetherby last time. Ganymede is a winner three times on the flat and has run well enough in his last four hurdle races and is therefore worth noting for any market support but for the winner we return to Muntami.
