In depth

Formwatch

Blazing Hills Eight length winner of novice chase at Uttoxeter last month; raised 4lb since so more on here.

Barton Bog (IRE) Consistent type in novice events; faces no easy task of current handicap mark.

Forrest Tribe (IRE) Irish import; no real signs of encouragement on British debut.

Tudor King (IRE) Arguably not the best of races that he won at Uttoxeter last month; 7lb rise probably harsh, but opposition here is pretty weak.

Multi Franchise Ready winner at Hereford two starts ago; let down by jumping last time off new mark. Can't be discounted.

Daringly Well beaten of this sort of mark recently; no reason why he should be involved here.

Ballybentragh (IRE) Yet of reproduce form of last season; difficult to recommend.

Muntafi Makes limited appeal on recent form.

Southerndown (IRE) Form of placed efforts at Southwell nothing out of the ordinary; Bangor run last time a fairer indication of ability.

Barnane Walk (IRE) Little encouragement from recent starts.

Mister Kingston Placed, but beaten a long way on last two starts; place claims at best.

Surabaya (FR) Moderate and erratic jumper; best left alone.

Paraveredus (FR) No sign of ability so far.

Silent Action (USA) Well beaten in all starts this term; no reason to believe that will change here.

Alena H Banks Has done very little to justify support, even in a race as poor as this.
