    Verdict

Jordans Lad, Edmo Yewkay and Rakassa look the principals in this novices' chase and the vote is given to Jordans Lad. The selection was a fair fourth behind Beau Supreme last time out in a better race and he need only run up to that mark to score. Edmo Yewkay rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Home James over three miles. The drop in trip will suit and he will not be far away. Rakassa is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Kelantan but he was doing all his best work at the finish and the drop in distance looks against him. Rattina looks outclassed and for the winner we return to Jordans Lad.
