This is a stiff track and the fences also take some jumping so course experience is always a plus. Interpleader, Jolly Boys Outing, Monty's Revenge and Combustible Kate have all won around here in the past but COSWAY SPIRIT (NAP) is a three-times course and distance winner and his run behind By The Boardwalk here in May has been boosted since. Ben Pauling's stayer can make a winning reappearance with Conas Taoi having beaten little of note at Newton Abbot nine days ago, though he escapes a penalty for that success. None of the others make much appeal.
