    Verdict

Tessanoora looks the one to be on here with Amalfi Storm and Haringay rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair third behind Makeabreak when last seen. That form looks rock solid in the context of this race and, under conditions that suit, he will be hard to beat. Amalfi Storm rates the main danger on his latest second behind One More Step. She is sure to have been well schooled for her hurdling debut, but she has given the impression in the past that she would be suited by a longer trip and, for that reason, she is opposed. Haringay is another worthy of respect on her best form but she did not progress as expected last season and she looks vulnerable to a less-exposed type. Of the remainder, Vertical Bloom is from a yard in form and could go well at price but she is another who may be seen to better effect when more emphasis on stamina, and for the winner we return to Tessanoora.
