Verdict

Freescape has the edge on official ratings after a fine run behind Lord Glitters in a Meydan Group 2 in February but he's 0-27 on Turf. Alessandro Algardi looked one to follow this campaign after easily landing a Cork maiden in September but has disappointed in two starts this summer. Exquisite Acclaim's only success came in a Dundalk maiden and he's been gelded and changed stables so a chance is taken on the fitness of EMPORIO, an impressive winner of a Curragh maiden last June. Longbourn was in excellent form last summer but has been struggling off higher marks in handicaps.
